JANA

When Grandma used to plant flowers, she would always let Jana put in the seeds.  Then they would both sprinkle in some love from their hearts.  Jana is getting ready to plant her first packet of seeds all by herself.  As she notices a little bird hungrily helping himself to the seeds, she can almost hear Grandma's words, "sow seeds of kindness."
