Justin had practiced hard to perfect his famous lasso trick.  Once, at a rodeo, he had seen a real cowboy lasso a huge steer and he had work hard to be just as good as Cowboy Joe.  He had successfully achieved capturing his sister's rocking horse, Grandma's purse, and the waste paper basket.  But his favorite time was with his dog, Turbo, who would come over to Justin once the lasso surrounded him without even a tug.  Justin and Turbo were quite a team.
